Welcome to KeepTranslate (the "App"), developed by OHMYAI.INC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in relation to our desktop application.

Our core philosophy is user privacy first. The App is designed to run entirely locally on your computer. We do not collect, store, or transmit the content you translate.

Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be crystal clear about what we do not collect. When you use the core translation features of our App:

• We do not collect the text you input for translation.
• We do not collect the translation results.
• We do not collect any personal data, such as your name, email address, or IP address.

All translation processing is performed on your local machine, and your data never leaves your computer through our App.

Information We May Collect

To help us improve the App, we may collect a minimal amount of non-personal, anonymous data. This is strictly optional and requires your explicit consent (opt-in). This data includes:

• Crash Reports: If the App crashes, you may be given the option to send an anonymous crash report. This report contains information about the state of the App at the time of the crash and does not include any of your personal or translation data.
• System Screenshots: If you need to use screenshot translation feature, we will take a screenshot of your system and perform optical recognition and translation work. We only use screenshots during the operation of this feature but do not store or collect screenshot data.

How We Use Information

If you choose to share the limited, anonymous data mentioned above, we use it solely for the following purposes:

• To identify and fix bugs and crashes.

Data Storage and Security

All of your translation data is stored and processed exclusively on your local device. You are in full control of your data and delete history data by your self. We do not have access to it. We recommend you use your computer's standard security features to protect your local data.
